1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PeakDrop (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. PeakDrop is operated by PeakDrop LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PeakDrop. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. PeakDrop reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may only create one account. Multiple accounts will be terminated and associated balances forfeited.
4. Platform Description
PeakDrop is a gamified digital shopping platform. Users purchase entries into themed “towers” and climb floor-by-floor, receiving digital vouchers for products. At each floor, users may choose to cash out their current item or continue climbing. If a floor collapses, the user receives the base floor voucher. All outcomes are determined by a provably fair random number generator.
5. Digital Vouchers and Items
All items received through gameplay are digital vouchers. Vouchers can be: (a) sold back for site balance at the posted cashout value, (b) withdrawn as cryptocurrency, or (c) redeemed for physical delivery where available (US and Canada only). Physical delivery is subject to availability, shipping times, and verification. PeakDrop reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value.
6. Deposits and Payments
Deposits may be made via supported cryptocurrencies or credit/debit card through our third-party payment processors. All deposits are final. PeakDrop is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency only. Minimum withdrawal is $10 USD equivalent. Withdrawals are processed within 1-24 hours. PeakDrop reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding $500 or cumulative withdrawals exceeding $2,000. Withdrawals to incorrect wallet addresses cannot be reversed.
8. Provably Fair System
All game outcomes are determined using a provably fair system based on HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic hashing. Users can verify any game outcome using the verification tool on the Provably Fair page. Server seeds are committed before gameplay and revealed after rotation.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: use bots, scripts, or automated tools; exploit bugs or glitches; create multiple accounts; use stolen payment methods; engage in money laundering; collude with other users; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; use VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on PeakDrop, including but not limited to the name, logo, design, game mechanics, and software, is the property of PeakDrop LLC. Product images and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
11. Limitation of Liability
PeakDrop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. PeakDrop LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Wyoming. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against PeakDrop LLC.
13. Account Termination
PeakDrop reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the account was terminated for cause.
14. Modifications
PeakDrop may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
